Success at Anuga FoodTec 2015
Building on the success of previous years Hoegger was once again among the exhibitors at the Anuga FoodTec and presented their latest developments in formpressing, pasteurization, and separation to a wide audience.
Highest quality mash
When separating hard and soft pieces in the potato processing the HOEGGER separator is already used in many places. The latest technology is now also available for the smaller separator to 2,000 kg / h.
Best drying result
HOEGGER has launched its new generation of drying systems. The aim is to limit the residual water on the packs to a minimum, so that the products can be directly labeled and packed after the pasteurization process.
New Sanitary Design SD
At HOEGGER continuous improvement and adapting our design to customer and industry requirements is a way of life. This is especially true when it comes to design features to improve sanitation on our Form Press machines.
Hoegger takes over Anco
As of June 19, 2015, Hoegger has taken over the ownership of the Anco bacon press line from the former owner SPX. Thus Hoegger strengthens its position in the market of Bacon formpressing. The Anco Press will be supported by the Hoegger Sales and After Sales Team.
